Acceptance Criteria

Given a /path/to/data on-prem that has already been uploaded to the cloud
When I perform data upload manager upload with --verify or --dry-run
Then I expect the software to run through /path/to/data and check that each file has been uploaded to S3 and to the Registry successfully (checksum match)
