sample_level/call_rate_2/samples_1kg_rsID.csv file is empty but should contain rsids in sample_level/call_rate_2/samples.bim (1st column) and updated rsids based on 1kg vcf reference (2nd column), resulting samples_1kg_rsID plink file not get updated as expected for creating samples_1kg_rsID.pfg subsequently.
