Paragraphs count

Any kind of indicator of how many paragraphs a description have would be cool. Some kind of circular indicators like the image bellow

It need to be done after #6 to avoid write tons of code and then delete it all

I actually managed to do a very cool thing, Its also interactive, you can click in the bullet and it will jump to the corresponding paragraph. Already available on 18799c2. However, I'll keep testing this thing for a few hours (or days) before making it permanent.

I also wanna do something about that progress bar with the bullets, maybe a circular progress... idk
