Please, provide the following version numbers that your issue occurs with:

CLI: 7.0.10
Cross-platform modules: 6.5.13
Runtime(s): 6.5.0
Plugin(s): Bare minimum

Please, tell us how to recreate the issue in as much detail as possible.

Open the datetimepicker with date already set to okt 31st of a given year.
Change the month to nov and press Ok.
The handled date is now dec 31st.
