2.2.0 NWB format specification release

This release makes a number of improvements and fixes to improve usability and consistency of the NWB:N standard. 2.1.0 NWB:N fomat specfication release

This release makes a number of improvements and fixes to improve usability and consistency of the NWB:N standard. It also introduces a new scratch space for storing temporary, arbitrary datasets in an NWBFile and a new storage key "object_id" for uniquely identifying a group or dataset within a given NWBFile.
