Canvas text in dark mode is black

Describe the bug:

Steps To Reproduce:

1. enable dark mode
2. draw something

Expected behaviour:
Light text in dark mode

Btw the snap package is several versions behind, but I haven't changed anything with the styling, so it might still happen in the latest version

It does look good in light mode. But always the canvas has black text so in dark mode, It's hard to figure out what you are doing.
Switching between light and dark theme doesn't solve anything.
