Logger::displayAlarms improvements

Logger::displayAlarms currently has a copy/paste of the function repeated twice; it would save some memory to place this in a separate function to which "1" or "2" is passed for alarm 1 or alarm 2.

Furthermore, it would be good to write the day of week or month in more human/readable terms.
