Is there support for other languages? What do i need to put instead of USEnglish when I need German?

If I recall correctly Bethesda shipped FonixData.cdf with USEnglish support and nothing else. You can try searching for other language strings ("USEnglish", "German", ...) in the binary, but I wouldn't get your hopes up.
