Transaction Service should track lost transactions #221

Extend transaction service to check if Submitted transaction is not Lost. Mark transaction If transactions are Lost and abort facilitator.

Proposal: Transaction service should get Transaction from the node, if it doesn't return transaction object then mark transaction as lost.

If transaction is lost, then abort the facilitator with an explanation on console.
