I don't see any way to set the value of the "Search buffer" parameter in the Layers panel. I assume this parameter describes the radius in pixels from the transect line for accumulating profile data?

Sorry - QGIS 3.28.2 running on Windows 10 Pro

This is only available for point vector layers.
