Hello,
I see the program calls msconvert. Is it possible to pass some parameters to msconvert or to edit somewhere For example, I would like to use the flags --filter "peakpicking vendor msLevel=1-" for centroiding. I see I would need to edit ThermoFAIMStoMzMLProcessor.cs but i am not familiar how to proceed after that, sorry.
