Describe the bug
Active button creates blank error record.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'E-PANUI LIST'
  2. Click on 'a record'
  3. Change from active to inactive
  4. Go back to the list
  5. See error

Expected behavior
the record edited should be shown as inactive
