Region switch still possible with latest bike?

Vanmoof recently blocked the region switching with it's new S3 version. Is it still possible via the API?

moofer still does it, so i would suggest yes

It is possible. VanMoof hasn't blocked the region switch, they just removed it from the official app. Every third-party tool can still do it. The only things that got removed are the developer settings in the newest firmware (1.8.1). These include the “offroad”/”smiley” mode (which goes 38km/h) and the assist level 5. They are not possible to enable with any tool anymore. US mode or JP mode is still accessible.
