Summary

Having a formal starter kit would probably be a good idea, in the spirit of CLA and Create React App.

Use Case

It would be a configuration free to start developing Evergreen Applications

Code Sample

Closest sample is the working being done in the todo-app

Pros / Cons

It will certainly be opinionated, but I think having clear boundaries (only for Evergreen apps) will help it stand in its own category, while still playing nicely with the community.
