Automatic boundary conditions selection/configuration

So far, to change the type of boundary condition and to set its values, the user has to directly edit the source code to call for the desired methods.

It would be a better practice to pass these choices by reading a configuration file. This would require that the boundary conditions would be no longer static member functions and the entire class will need to be redesigned.

We should think about this for future developments
