Change Log

[0.2.1]

  • Fix "no such file or directory" errors on Windows.

Known issues

  • The generated graph is incorrect if your VS Code folder is open in Windows (unconnected to WSL) but the analyzed file is stored in WSL. To avoid this, use the "Reopen folder in WSL" feature in VS Code.

[0.2.0]

  • New feature: zoom in or out on the graph, by:

    • clicking the buttons in the top bar,
    • or holding CTRL and using your mouse wheel.

    If your mouse pointer is over the graph, the zoom will focus on the point under the pointer.

  • New feature: save the graph as an SVG file.

  • New feature: copy the graph as a data URL, for example to open it in a browser.

[0.1.4]

  • When you create a .dependency-cruiser.json file at the root of your workspace folder to overwrite the extension settings for dependency-cruiser, the rules and options passed to dependency-cruiser will now be overwritten independently from each other.

    That way, you can overwrite the rules while keeping the extension's visual settings, or the opposite. And you can easily reset everything by putting this in the .dependency-cruiser.json file :

     {
     	"options": { // this overwrites all extension settings (except rules)
     		"outputType": "dot"
     	},
     	"forbidden": [], // this overwrites all extension rules
     	"allowed": [],
     	"required": []
     }
