Update all R-scape images using the latest version #102

The release procedure needs to be updated so that every release the following steps are performed:

delete all existing R-scape images
install the latest version of R-scape (while keeping the previously installed version as a backup)
regenerate all images, two for each family (one with and without the -s --fold options)
make sure every family has two R-scape images
