Blank Save file names after Episode 2: Operation Eisenfaust

After a few weeks of playing, my save files names have now disappeared, they're blank, so I have to randomly pick them each time.
Game: Wolfenstein 3D Full
Problem began after starting Episode 2 Operation: Eisenfaust. Not sure if turning vita on/off contributed to problem.
In Vita shell the saves have their names, but they're not showing up in the in-game menu.

Can you share some of these saves so i can investigate?

I think it's the last ones, but not 100% sure so just added them all
