"first use" documentation

Hi @birm, I am using QuIP for the first time and struggling a bit with finding default user name + password and creating users. Pretty much just trying to figure out how to go pass the login page.

A "first use" document would be greatly appreciated. Just wondering if you have any updates on this?

The username:password for pathdb by default is admin:bluecheese2018

We still do need to create better documentation per this issue, as some of the steps are a little esoteric without prior knowledge. For example, you'll probably need to publish any slides you add to pathdb.

@ebremer do you have a guide with this kind of info prepared somewhere?
