Known Issue with geoiplookup.io giving false positives

I am fully aware of the False Positives given by Octolus's API, I am talking to Octolus Development regarding this to find out why it gives false information, for the time being I implemented the double check feature using ISP to ensure that it's not a VPN or is whatever the case maybe, I am working on a better working around this.
