Enhancement: order_by to define top row

For order_by option I would like to have an additional option to define the all time first row.
In my example I have solar power and several consumers. I would like to have the solar on top and the consumer sorted by consumption below.

@GeraldPape this is a edge use-case, but I will have a look if I'm going to implement this or not.
In the meanwhile you could use custom CSS to do this for you, each element has a unique class.
