[12.0] Cannot create rule for sales Order or Invoice

I Cannot create a rule for sales Order or Invoice. It works for contacts, Purchase orders but when I add a rule for invoice or sales order ODoo just stays spinning. I have to stop the odoo server and start again to get it to work and the rule is not added.

Same problem..I think the solution is to deinstall and look for another product.
