api, discord-bot, support-bot, @statsify/discord, @statsify/api-client

Issue description

Currently when requesting data from external services error handling is not the greatest. For example when Statsify API is offline it will display an error saying you are not verified. Or when Hypixel API timesout or goes offline it deletes guild data. Better error handling would improve the developer and user experience.
