In the above paragraph, it is written that the fonts may be licensed under the license terms for the product in which this font is included. So, going by this statement, I can assume that the license is the same as that of either Outlook2007 (if it is the product) or jszip (if it is the product).
It is ambiguous. Can you please let me know the license of the fonts?

There is a font used at

that is licensed under the terms of license agreement from Microsoft as per the data from the webpage, https://www.fonts.com/font/monotype/arial/licenses.
We could see terms of license in the font file as well. The following was found in the file:
