maintain retrigger behavior (beats start immediately instead of waiting for internal beat)

I think that the clock class's reset function will handle this, but actually outputting the clock signal should come from main loop. it hasn't been wired up yet

• catch the retrigger cv/button
• reset the clock
• be careful to not repredict tempo from the incomplete period
