Upload images via fof-upload and Crop the picture

It is a good idea to centrally manage all uploaded files, and I hope to save the background images uploaded by users in the OSS storage space through fof-upload.

Since the size of most pictures cannot be directly used for the background picture, I hope that users can crop them when they upload pictures.
