Code review and testing of workflow at NCI Gadi

Documentation is clear and comprehensive enough to run the workflow
Use Platinum Genome bams 6 WGS human samples ~x50 coverage
Run as a PBS job and collect benchmarking metrics
Any requirements for resource customisation to run at Gadi?
