Right now the "checkbiw" script complains about comments if they violate the rules. The checkbiw-script should ignore them. Example:
... % Foo bar this is a problem that causes some trouble... ...
-> of course "this" and "some" are flagged by the checkbiw script. This is annoying in comments,
I think a detex is enough and checkbiw should run on the detexed sources. EDIT, no, line numbers will no longer match
