This is probably nit-picky feedback, but when I first encountered one of the permalinks for a principle, I expected the link to go out to more details. I think the reason might be that hierarchy-wise, the text here is at the same level of the <h4> elements. It may help to have this link the same size as the body copy (or slightly smaller if you think that's appropriate), and perhaps the text could be "Shareable link to [section name]"

I was also surprised by the link behaviour

Some sites reveal a permalink image to left of text on hover for permslinks. But that is obviously not fully accessible to other interaction modes

I was surprised by it too, and would be pleased if it could be reviewed earlier. I translated as "link to this section: ...

  • Reword to 'Shareable link...'
  • Reduce the font size.
