Describe the bug
Error 404 for everything in octodash

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
New Installation of Octoprint image 0.18.0

I have deleted the config.jason several times and recreated it to test it with other parameters as follows:
"url": "http://localhost:80/api/",
"url": "http://127.0.0.1:80/api/",
"url": "http://localhost:5000/api/",
"url": "http://127.0.0.1:5000/api/",
A rebot was carried out after each change

Expected behavior
Error does not appear
