Reorder favorites

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we can't reorder the positions of favourite shortcuts and contacts on a home screen.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to have some sort of prioritization feature like an option to reorder favourites on a home screen. It could be done from bandphone settings.

Additional context
An 75 year old sir asked me how to reorder these, so i thought that was a good idea for a feature. Only if they knew how to use github.
