Minimized call notification - prompt

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When calls are made, sometimes the caller screen gets minimized into the notification area and it is very confusing and complicated for some to open that and end the call.

Describe the solution you'd like
If a caller screen gets minimized, have some sort of pop-up indicator that shows an active call and clicking it would open the caller screen or have the end call option.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Create a baldphone caller screen suitable for elderly that would be integrated or have a home screen area expand that shows an active call.
