change booking wording and workflow

Can we get the booking a session wording changed where the mentors have to select "returning mentor" in order to see the drop down menu of programs to select from?
It would be easier for mentors to book a session in their correct program if it was just readily visible without the "returning mentor" step.
There is no longer a need for the returning mentor box selection anyway.
