Scenario

User creation after cluster bootstrap is tricky.
It is not a good practice to use init playbook pgsql.yml for that purpose.

Proposal

add a pgsql-createuser.yml playbook for that purpose

It may requires a cli arg -e pg_user = <your new user in inventory> to work.
