Adapt analysis calculations to use updated multiscale data backend

Remove the need for MultiscaleDataset to output a bunch of lists, as this is inefficient to have to keep updating/regenerating. Therefore, MultiscaleDataset should no longer be adapting on what PlotData used to do, and should instead use the more efficient options that the structure is already encapsulating away.
