The compiled assembly.exe stopped launching after wild update.

However, I can't ask for help with that because I downloaded it pre-compiled from the mods nexus.

If there were some sort of build solution guide or steps..... that would be a good thing and stupid people such as myself wouldn't need to bug important people with posts such as this one.

Because the current info "All you should need is Visual Studio" is not accurate, there are plenty of targeted APIs which it depends on and even after updating .net, and the compiler is complaining about a dozen invalid public references.
Could someone post what all is required?
