androidlog.prompt disappears too quickly on Android 7.1.1

On my Nexus 6 device running Android 7.1.1, the androidlog.prompt function produces a prompt, but it disappears after 2-3 seconds without interaction. (On my LG H420 running 5.0.1, the prompt blocks until dismissed or properly answered, as expected. On @lukpueh's Moto G 2nd gen with 6.0, too).
