Please reinstate the solution provided in Github resolution #154 and #157. Our understanding was that Pass and Transect buttons would now have a minus button with a confirmation dialogue as stated by Scott in #154.

Tyler Robinson had some troubles caused by this recently. His tech experienced errors submitting a report with empty transects and there was no way to remove them.
