As a logged-in user, I can view content filtered by the users I follow, so that I can keep up to date with what they are posting about.

Acceptance criteria:

The feed page filters the displayed content to only show posts from the users the logged-in user is following.
The filtered content is updated dynamically as the logged-in user follows or unfollows other users.
