As a user, I want to see the top 5 posts with the most likes, so that I can quickly access popular and engaging content.

Acceptance Criteria:

Top 5 posts with the most likes are displayed in the UI.
Each post is a clickable link, allowing the user to be redirected to the post page.
The number of likes for each post is visible next to the link or post title.
