As a user, I can see if I am logged in or not, so that I can log in if I need.

Acceptance criteria:

The user's logged-in status is confirmed by displaying a profile picture in the navbar.
The user's logged-in status is persistent across different pages and remains consistent during their session.
Default profile picture is present if the user didn't upload their own picture.
