As a user, I can view profile avatars, so that I can easily identify users of the application.

Acceptance criteria:

User avatars are displayed next to user profiles, posts, or comments.
Avatars are visually distinct and represent the user's identity or chosen profile picture.
Standard placeholder image is present if the user didn't upload their own picture.
