Removing sw area also require removing anything which got aliBuild inited #436

Due to the --reference cloning, removing sw makes anything checked out with aliBuild init break.

So, this is intended to save lots of space for users cloning our main repositories (AliRoot, AliPhysics). Data in the working directory is not lost: removing .git/objects/info/alternates from the inited repository and running git fetch --all will fix it and make it independent from sw.

What do you suggest we do in such a case?
