Issue: Implement Dynamic Backend Servers Addition in GUI

One of the critical features missing in the current version is the ability to dynamically add backend servers directly from the GUI. This enhancement will streamline the configuration process and eliminate the need to manually edit configuration files for this task.
We aim to implement a feature within the HAProxy Configurator GUI that allows users to easily add backend servers on the fly. Currently, users need to manually edit the configuration files to add new servers, which can be error-prone and time-consuming.

Next Steps
Design the user interface for adding backend servers.
Implement the dynamic backend server addition logic.
Conduct thorough testing, including both successful additions and potential edge cases.
Update the documentation to include information about this new feature.
