Allow selecting multiple repos

Multiple repos can be specified in several ways, most obvious are language & type, or name regex. One grouping mechanism I (ab)use especially for private repos is repo topics, such as https://github.com/org_name?q=topic%3AprojectX . dear-github/dear-github#74 shows topics are often misused like this due to nothing better available.
