Is there anyway to detect that Guest Wifi is turning on or off? #254

I sometimes turn the guest wifi on, then forget to turn it off. I think it will waste some resources, so I want to create an announcement when the guest mode is turn on for a period of time.

No way to detect that currently. Not sure if there is a way to get the data from the API either.
