I am using the PopED Matlab Version on Windows 10 / Matlab 2015a. Even running in admin and or compability mode doesnt prevent the app from crashing when starting the example files. I can open them in the PopED GUI but during the run I get an error saying "Matlab closed unexpected" even if it is already open and is opened again by PopED. Have you ever experienced this issue? What could be a solution to it?
Thanks,
Moritz

Hi Moritz,
I am not sure. We are not supporting the matlab version of PopED any longer … we have moved all development to the R version. I would recommend trying PopED in R.
Best regards,
Andrew
