[Bug]: Location fails to update if not connected to a network

What happened?

The location fails to update if the device doesn't have a network connection. The issue is likely deeper in some library, but it would helpful if the screen included a note that a network connection (WIFI or mobile) is required.

Relevant logcat output

None, everything seems to work but the location doesn't update.
