Network window continuously clear and refresh , unable to select and click on a neighbour

Hello. Thank you for forking and maintaining this program.

The network window continuously clear and refresh and redraw server list.
I did not have this on the 2.7.10.2
Running Windows 10 64b, 2.7.10.5

Its version 64 bit problem, not happen in 32 bits.

Workaround : use the 32bits version.
