Why does setting "n_evals" as the termination not work when I use the CMA-ES algorithm?

Why does setting n_evals as the termination not work when I use the CMA-ES algorithm?
I try to set the "n_evals" as the termination：
1.termination = get_termination("n_eval", 1e5)
res = minimize(problem_func,
algorithm,
termination,
seed,
save_history=True,
verbose=True)
2. res = minimize(problem_func,
algorithm,
('n_eval', 1e5),
seed,
save_history=True,
verbose=True)
but it is not work， is there any other way to set it？
